Anglophone South School District is seeking Casual Administrative Assistants to provide administrative and secretarial support within our schools on an as-needed basis. Reporting to the Principal or designate, the Casual Administrative Assistant supports the daily operation of the school office and performs a wide range of clerical, secretarial, and customer service duties in a busy school environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities may include: * Preparing correspondence, reports, memoranda, forms, and other documents. * Maintaining records, files, and student information systems. * Providing receptionist services and responding to inquiries from students, staff, parents, and visitors. * Opening, sorting, and distributing mail. * Processing documentation, compiling information and statistics, and performing data entry. * Operating a variety of office equipment and computer systems. * Maintaining office supplies, inventories, and requisitions. * Supporting day-to-day school operations and administrative activities. * Assisting with the orientation of temporary employees on standard office procedures. Please Note: Other related duties may be assigned as required to support the operational needs of the school. Qualifications * Graduation from High School * Business education courses, including computer related courses * Additional coursework relevant to the position assignment * An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
