Manage the pilot plant’s daily operations, scheduling, safety systems, staff, maintenance, inventory, and production campaigns. Maintain operating documentation and compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate plant performance and lessons learned to cross-functional teams.

Own Anodyne’s capital strategy and allocation across fundraising, project and structured finance, non-dilutive funding, and commercial deployment. Lead the Series A and commercial plant financing, while scaling the finance and operations function and overseeing controls, treasury, audit, tax, and revenue operations.
