Manage assigned construction projects from pre-construction handoff through closeout, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, financial performance, client communication, and subcontractor coordination. Coordinate with site superintendents, conduct site visits, document and report project progress, and address risks to maintain quality, profitability, and schedule adherence.

Lead carpentry work on site from layout through punch list completion, delivering complex installations that meet project quality standards. Mentor crew members, review drawings and material needs, coordinate with the Site Superintendent, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Manage all site operations from mobilization through handover, coordinating trades and schedules while enforcing safety standards and maintaining quality. Monitor progress, prepare for inspections, address schedule risks, and provide the Project Manager with complete daily site documentation.
