Provide senior operational leadership for the AOM Benefits Trust and support the Board of Trustees in meeting its governance and fiduciary responsibilities. Guide the Trust’s organizational development while stewarding responsive, sustainable benefits programs and maintaining effective relationships with members, advisors, vendors, and partners.
