We are looking for a strong Python Backend Engineer who can design and build scalable, production-grade backend systems across AI, automation, and cloud-native environments. Role Overview As a Python Backend Engineer, you will: Design and implement scalable backend architectures Build high-performance APIs (FastAPI / Django / Flask) Develop AI-integrated systems (LLM, RAG, automation workflows) Optimize databases and distributed systems Deploy and manage services in cloud environments Collaborate on revenue-driven technical systems This is a systems-heavy role. You must think in architecture, scalability, and production reliability — not just features. Key Responsibilities Develop RESTful and async APIs using FastAPI or Django Design scalable microservices architectures Integrate AI systems (OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, vector DBs) Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB Implement background task queues (Celery / RabbitMQ) Build Dockerized applications and manage deployments Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) Monitor performance and system stability Ensure secure and compliant data handling (GDPR awareness preferred) Required SkillsCore Technical 4+ years of Python backend development experience Strong experience with FastAPI / Django Deep understanding of REST architecture Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design Async programming & performance optimization Docker and containerization Experience deploying on AWS / Azure / GCP #### Strong Plus AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) Kubernetes Microservices architecture Stripe API integrations CI/CD pipelines WebSocket implementations Security best practices (OAuth, JWT, rate limiting) Soft Skills Systems thinker (architectural mindset) Strong ownership mentality Clear communicator Performance-oriented Comfortable in fast-moving environments

As a Python Backend Engineer, you will design and implement scalable backend architectures and build high-performance APIs. You will also develop AI-integrated systems and optimize databases and distributed systems.

The role requires 4+ years of Python backend development experience and strong knowledge of FastAPI or Django. Candidates should also have experience with databases, async programming, and cloud deployment.
