Job summary
Business Title: EMC Engineer Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time (Contract is also an option) Domain: Aero Domain Exp is must. Qualifications – (Must have – Updated JD – Client is looking for): Knowledge of electromagnetic fields, theory and transmission line phenomena, antennas and propagation, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC. Knowledge of 14 CFR 25.954 and 25.981 regulations and fuel tank protection against lightning, HIRF, static electricity, and other hazards. The candidate shall be familiar with the relevant industry standards and best practices (DO-160, SAE ARP, FAA advisory circulars, and regulations), as well as other applicable airworthiness regulations. You are familiar with regulatory working relationships with TC, EASA, or FAA, and you must be capable of obtaining DAD / DAR status.
