Overview APEX is currently accepting applications for Production Line Workers within its Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Production Supervisor. We are hiring for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for: Grinding and priming steel doors and frames in preparation for finishing. Performing tack and spot welding on doors, frames, and component parts. Packaging finished products and loading materials onto trailers for shipment. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Identifying and communicating production or quality improvement opportunities to the Production Supervisor. Following all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures. Performing other production-related duties as assigned. Safely performing physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience is considered an asset. Ability to read and work with imperial and metric measurements. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
