Job#: 3049266 Job Description: Marketing Manager - Marketing Manager II Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and build brand awareness and adoption. The role involves managing high-volume, high-turnaround campaigns across multiple regions. This position requires working effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work while ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of all marketing assets. Key Responsibilities Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption, including providing the direct sales team with collateral and tools. Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on company and partner websites. Create collateral, sales tools, and marketing content for various online platforms, collaborating with designers on layout and graphics. Manage high-volume campaigns across Europe, Canada, and Latin America, overseeing asset delivery and execution for all channels. Manage all operational aspects of campaigns, including workflow, timelines, resources, and budgets. Lead the documentation of existing processes and manage continuous improvement mechanisms within the production team. Identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to eliminate manual work. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets. Ensure appropriate processes and job tracking are in place to keep deliverables on time and on budget, managing escalations and troubleshooting production issues. Consistently communicate updates on progress, delays, and budget implications to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required.
