You will design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile, working within a multidisciplinary in-house Agile team of 19 professionals to establish graphic consistency and a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps that enhance user engagement. Graphic Consistency: Develop and implement design guidelines to ensure graphic coherence across applications and the website, maintaining a unified brand identity. User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions that improve user satisfaction and functionality. Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to integrate design elements into functional solutions. Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure digital products remain cutting-edge and competitive. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance the user experience. Must-Have Qualifications Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro). Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to create consistent and cohesive design systems across multiple digital platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
