Data Designer / Data Business Systems Analyst – Databricks & Financial Services Required Qualifications and Skills 8–15 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or similar business and data analysis role. Hands-on experience with Databricks. Mandatory experience in finance or financial services. Strong skills in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Ability to translate business needs into functional and data-related specifications. Experience working with data structures, data mapping, data flows, and data validation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Requirements
