We're looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys turning cutting-edge AI technologies into scalable, production-ready solutions that customers use every day. About the Role As part of our engineering team, you'll help architect and deliver AI-powered capabilities across multiple products. You'll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to build reliable systems that leverage modern machine learning and large language models. What You'll Do Build and deploy AI-powered applications for production environments Develop data pipelines and workflows for model training, evaluation, and inference Implement solutions using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and retrieval techniques Experiment with new models and optimize quality through testing and continuous improvement Integrate AI capabilities into backend services and user-facing applications Monitor model performance, operational costs, latency, and reliability Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver new features What We're Looking For Solid software engineering experience Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning applications Strong Python programming skills Experience working with modern AI frameworks and LLM platforms Understanding of data engineering, testing strategies, and production monitoring Comfortable working in a distributed remote team Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Nice to Have Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications Familiarity with vector search technologies and embedding models Knowledge of AI evaluation, model monitoring, or guardrail frameworks Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Previous experience working in startup or fast-paced product teams Why Join ApiceFlow Remote-first position based in Canada Build real AI products used by customers High ownership with opportunities to influence technical direction Work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment Competitive salary based on experience and technical expertise ApiceFlow is an equal opportunity employer.
