Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both French and English Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service Stay up to date on products, services, and internal procedures Qualifications Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Six months to one year of customer service, retail, hospitality or contact experience.
