As Regional Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of regional commercial performance, developing and executing sales strategies that accelerate growth, expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and maximize profitability. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on commercial leadership, identifying new market opportunities, promoting core and new product lines, and building a high-performing regional sales organization. What You’ll Do Develop the regional sales strategy and market expansion plans in line with the company’s overall strategy and annual budget Drive key regional KPIs, including sales volume, profit, and market share, ensuring achievement of challenging growth targets Lead the promotion of core and new product lines across the market with a primary focus on Canada, while also developing opportunities in the US and Mexico. Identify new market opportunities, and drive market development and structural optimization Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers Regularly visit core markets to understand customer needs, gather market intelligence, and monitor market dynamics Improve service responsiveness by streamlining order processing, logistics tracking, and customer complaint handling Enhance customer satisfaction and service quality through continuous improvement of internal processes Build, manage, and evaluate the performance of the regional sales team Develop team capabilities and support talent development and performance management What You Bring 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams, ideally within folding carton, food packaging, paperboard, paper or other paper related segment. Strong leadership and people development skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and scale teams Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution Financial fluency-able to manage forecasts and profit margins with precision Why APP Group?
