We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing major household appliances in customers’ homes while delivering professional, friendly service. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys problem-solving. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair major household appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and ranges Provide clear explanations and repair estimates to customers Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and work orders Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained Deliver outstanding customer service during every visit Job Requirements: Appliance repair experience preferred (training from SAIT or equivalent is an asset) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule Comfortable using tablets or mobile software for service documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
