Mississauga Full-Time Permanent Benefits Pension Plan Our busy manufacturing client is recruiting for a production supervisor. This will be rotating days and afternoons As a member of the manufacturing team reporting to the production manager, you will provide leadership and direction to employees, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met in a safe production environment. You will lead, coach, and develop production employees; promote a safe manufacturing environment; coordinate daily production activities to meet targets; monitor workflow and staffing levels; work with maintenance, quality, purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues and optimize production; and support continuous improvements that enhance safety, quality, and productivity. You have a history of working in an ISO facility and have worked within a collective bargaining agreement. Experience with chemical production is an asset.
