Responsibiliti es:Design, implement, test and maintain high-quality, secure & stable code for use by other teams to deliver products and solutions for custome rs.Participate in design and code revie ws.Develop estimates for tasks, evaluate risks and identify dependencies, to aid in planni ng.Work as part of a very collaborative team of software engineers, QAs and designers in Toronto and potentially other worldwide engineering sit es. Minimum Qualificat ions5-6 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or similar r ole.Outstanding programming, debugging and problem-solving ski lls.Hands-on professional experience developing production software with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of a daily workf low.Client-side web development skills: Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node/NPM, React & Redux framewo rks.Experience and familiarity in using web-based technologies, concepts, and constru cts.Strong, demonstrable interest in software architecture and des ign.Knowledge of source control systems, especially Git & Git Hub. Preferred Qualifica tionsExperience with developing web applications in a modular, componentized ma nner.Experience with Agile methodo logy.Experience with usage of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipel ines.Familiarity with test automation tools & strate gies.
