Job summary

Remote job, work in EST business hours and must be willing to collaborate with global teams. As a Program Manager, Change & Transformation, you will lead the planning, governance, and execution of complex cross-functional programs that are critical to Technical Advisory strategy. This role requires a strong program manager who can create structure around ambiguity, establish clear operating mechanisms, coordinate interconnected workstreams, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes. You will own integrated program plans and provide clear visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs so that program teams can execute effectively and senior leaders can make informed decisions. Change management is an important component of the role. You will assess the organizational and stakeholder impacts of program initiatives and integrate appropriate change strategies into the broader delivery plan. You should be comfortable applying recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter while adapting your approach to the needs and maturity of each program. Top skills: Strong program management experience – demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and measurable outcomes. Change management expertise – experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and applying methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent approaches. Executive stakeholder management and influence – demonstrated ability to provide executive reporting and decision support, facilitate alignment, influence without authority, and navigate competing priorities. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, change management, business operations, or related disciplines, with significant experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience owning programs from planning through execution, including scope management, integrated planning, milestone management, dependency management, risk management, governance, and outcome tracking. Strong experience working directly with senior and executive leaders, including preparing executive materials, facilitating discussions, presenting recommendations, and supporting decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations where program participants may not report directly to the program manager. Strong knowledge of change-management disciplines, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, adoption planning, and reinforcement. Working knowledge of recognized change-management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, assess trade-offs, structure ambiguous problems, and recommend practical courses of action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program information into clear messages for both working teams and executives. Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and maintain execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities. Ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programs, including program definition, scope, objectives, workstreams, schedules, milestones, dependencies, governance, and success measures. Develop and maintain integrated program plans that establish clear ownership, sequencing, decision points, deliverables, and accountability across participating teams. Establish effective program governance and operating rhythms, including status reviews, leadership updates, decision forums, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms. Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying blockers, dependencies, and gaps and ensuring appropriate owners and actions are established. Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, providing clear mitigation strategies, recommendations, and escalation paths. Define and track measurable program outcomes and success metrics, ensuring execution remains aligned to strategic and business objectives. Provide senior leaders with concise, executive-ready reporting and decision support that communicates program health, progress, risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and recommended actions. Prepare and facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to drive decisions, resolve competing priorities, and maintain alignment. Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments for major program initiatives and translate findings into actionable change strategies and plans. Integrate change-management activities into broader program plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement activities. Apply recognized change-management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies pragmatically based on program needs. Influence without direct authority by building strong relationships, creating shared accountability, and aligning stakeholders around common objectives and outcomes. Continuously improve program-management processes, governance mechanisms, and ways of working to increase execution effectiveness and organizational visibility. Preferred Qualifications Experience in professional services, consulting, customer success, business transformation, or technology organizations. Experience leading enterprise-scale operating model, organizational, process, or technology transformation programs. Experience establishing or improving program governance, portfolio management, or business operating mechanisms. Prosci, PMP, PgMP, or comparable program/change-management certification is beneficial but not required.
