Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Eastern Canada operations. This is a remote, part-time position, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members via Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) collections in collaboration with Jackie for Eastern Canada Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings for Eastern Canada staff Assisting with ISO 45001 compliance initiatives at the Ottawa shop and Halifax location, working closely with Helena Conducting or supporting site safety audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures Providing tender support, including preparation of pre-tender and post-tender documentation Maintaining organized records, documentation, and administrative files Participating in virtual meetings and daily communication via Microsoft Teams Performing other related duties as reasonably assigned by the Company Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Attention to detail and confidentiality Work Environment 6 hours per day Hybrid schedule: 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office Flexible daily schedule within agreed working hours Collaborative team environment Group benefits, including dental coverage Requirements Bilingual
