Workday Integration Analyst

Job summary

Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and reporting solutions, including production support and root cause analysis. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders, and support Workday security, business processes, testing, deployment, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS. Configure and maintain integrations leveraging SOAP/REST APIs, Workday Web Services, XML, and XSLT. Develop and support custom reports, calculated fields, and reporting solutions to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis for production support. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support Workday security, business processes, testing, and deployment activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 5+ years of Workday Integration experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Web Services. Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and SFTP integrations. Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. Experience with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates should know Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting, and have experience with reporting, calculated fields, security, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.
