We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity. Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Mandatory) Experience with EC Core, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services At least 1 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM and third-party applications Good understanding of Core HR business processes Strong communication and client-facing skills Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus Willingness to travel to client sites within Canada when required

The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. They will also integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM and third-party applications.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and hold a certification in the same. Experience with various EC modules and strong communication skills are also required.
