Join our St. Stephen team as an Industrial Mechanic! Position Summary: The Industrial Mechanic performs daily maintenance activities within the mill in a safe manner. This includes troubleshooting, problem solving, preventive maintenance and other routine maintenance work. What we are looking for: * Licensed Industrial Mechanic or equivalent * 2 or more years relative work experience servicing equipment * 2 or more years in a manufacturing environment * Computerized Maintenance Management System - SAP preferred * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required * Strong communication skills * Knowledge of equipment and processes What we offer: * Hourly pay range is $37.82 - $40.28, dependant on License Level and Experience * Retirement planning options, including employer pension matching * Health & dental benefits, with premiums paid by the Company * Profit sharing and gain sharing programs * Employee wellness, including a gym reimbursement program * Opportunities to learn and develop, including a tuition reimbursement program In this role, you will: * Troubleshoot components and systems used to control industrial processes * Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions * Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts * Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery * Install new equipment – Project work * Have experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques of equipment related problems * Required to work shifts and provide on-call coverage * Required to work in and understand our CMMS (SAP) * Required to work at heights and in confined spaces About Us: At ARAUCO, we’re more than a global leader in sustainable wood products—we’re a team driven by innovation, environmental stewardship, and strong core values.
