Responsibilities Support the firm in developing timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs Design proposals and visual aids in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator Coordinate consultant submissions, customizes project profiles and team information Proofreads and edits proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requests Qualifications Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related studies Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities Understanding of graphic design principles is an asset Proficient with Adobe Creative and experience with Microsoft 365 environment Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is considered an asset. Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset. Compensation: AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 to $76,200 MB & ON: $52,200 to $72,300 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 to 69,000 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
