SAP Development Consultant

Role: SAP Developer with SuccessFactors Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada Duration: Long Term Job Description: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. Employee Central Certification is a must. Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM Excellent verbal and communication skills. Excellent client service skills Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. Able to travel to client sites within Canada. Good to know the additional SuccessFactors modules.

The SAP Development Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, particularly focusing on Employee Central and related modules. The role requires collaboration with clients to understand their HR processes and deliver effective solutions.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, along with Employee Central Certification. A minimum of 3 years of SAP experience in SuccessFactors and at least one end-to-end implementation experience is required.
