THE TEAM The mission of the Digital Technology Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Digital solutions that align with our strategic, business and technology goals. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Digital Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for driving scalable, cross-functional technology delivery through standards that accelerate execution and unlock business value. As Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Lead, you will work closely with product squads and technology teams across Digital Technology and the Enterprise. You will understand business needs, develop creative solutions to work around roadblocks, and find and unblock the team in support of our objectives. You will also work with our automation engineering teams across Digital Technology to ensure that we are achieving our automation goals and become a driving force in accelerating our development productivity. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the Digital Technology teams, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. THE ROLE As Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Lead, you will lead the team to: Establish an enduring Delivery strategy that enables scale, high-quality, and value-driven digital technology delivery Prioritize and sequence work across multiple squads in alignment with business priorities and technology impacts Understand and build delivery timelines off architecture diagrams, translating cross-team technology roadmaps into effort estimates and headcount requirements Facilitate, coordinate, and coach cross-functional Squads by applying standard delivery principles and methodologies Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-technology deliverables, navigating timelines and managing cross-functional deployment strategies Ensure high quality products & features are delivered on time Manage and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, both at the executive and working team level Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets against forecasts, closely partnering with Finance and Procurement to enable enterprise processes THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Lead has: Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in: Various delivery methodologies including Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile for Enterprises (SAFe) Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) delivery Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective Demonstrates strong ownership and autonomy in driving initiatives from inception to delivery, requiring minimal oversight Effectively navigates complex and ambiguous situations, aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives to drive clarity and execution Quickly grasps technical concepts and process sequencing, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making with or without formal technical training Effectively tailors and manages communication across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment among leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders A proactive and customer-focused approach A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
