THE TEAM The mission of the Digital Enablement department is to define and drive the Digital vision and roadmap to fuel growth while ensuring seamless execution of operations. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a unique opportunity to join the Digital Enablement team, where you will be part of a group responsible for championing agile ways of working, optimizing digital processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to scale effectively. As an Intern in Digital Enablement, you will have the opportunity to support Digital-related priorities, programs, and initiatives that help shape the future of Aritzia's digital business. Working closely with teams across Digital Product Management, Digital Design, Omni, Digital Technology, Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, you will gain broad exposure to how digital strategies are developed and executed at scale. Through meaningful project work and collaboration with business leaders, you will develop valuable business, operational, and project management skills while contributing to exceptional digital experiences for our clients. THE ROLE As an Intern in Digital Enablement, you will: Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the Digital division Assist in coordinating and tracking Digital programs and initiatives to ensure successful execution Support cross-functional operational projects that drive business and customer impact Help facilitate collaboration and communication across Digital and partner teams Maintain department tools, documentation, project plans, and business support resources Develop reports, analyses, and presentations that enable informed business decisions Partner with stakeholders to support planning activities, meetings, and project milestones THE QUALIFICATIONS The Intern, Digital Enablement has/is: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028 Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry Strong organizational skills with an appreciation for structure, prioritization, and attention to detail An interest in business operations, project management, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation A problem solver who thinks critically and develops thoughtful, practical solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued THE DEPARTMENT Digital Enablement offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to how Aritzia's digital business operates and grows.
