As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café you will: * Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency * Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers * Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations * Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste * Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces THE QUALIFICATIONS The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café has: * Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality. * The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships. * An aspirational sense of individual style. * An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences. * An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate. * The desire to thrive on a high-performance team. * The commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standards. * The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners. * A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business. THE LOGISTICS As a Seasonal Barista, you can: * Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-January 2027*. * Work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 6:30am and 5:30pm. * Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available). * Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10). * Work evenings and weekends. THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The Barista is responsible for preparing specialty beverages with consistent quality while providing world-class service to clients. They also manage café inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure efficient operation of the service counter.

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday between 6:30am and 5:30pm for a fixed-term contract from September to December 2026. Proven experience or certifications in the food and beverage industry are required.
