As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE As the Seasonal Barista, you will: Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces THE QUALIFICATIONS The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Commissary has: The ability to work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 6:30am and 5:30pm The ability to commit to a fixed term contract beginning September 2026 through to December 2026 Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $25 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. We are always looking for top talent. The Barista is responsible for preparing specialty beverages with consistent quality while providing world-class service to clients. They also manage café inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure efficient operation of the service counter.

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday between 6:30am and 5:30pm for a fixed-term contract from September to December 2026. Proven experience or certifications in the food and beverage industry are required.
