Business Data Analyst With (Data Mapping)

Role: Business Data Analyst (Data Mapping) Location: Remote (Canada) Contract Job Description: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand source systems, data structures, and business processes. Analyze and document source data and map it to the target schema/data model. Perform data profiling and validation using SQL to ensure data quality and consistency. Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams for data transformation and integration requirements. Develop and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and functional specifications. Require strong understanding of Facility Management domain (assets, maintenance, operations, etc.). Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and profiling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive discussions and clarify requirements.

The role involves analyzing source systems and mapping data to target schemas while documenting data structures and business processes. You will also perform data profiling using SQL and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality and integration.
