Product Owner – Conga CPQ Remote (US and Canada) CTH/FTE Overvie We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the implementation and optimization of Conga CPQ within Salesforce (SFDC) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA, as part of an upgrade from SAP ECC. This individual will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT development by gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business goals .The role will operate under the direction of the full-time CPQ Product Owner, who retains final decision-making authority . Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Salesforce-based solutions. Proven experience with Conga CPQ (Apttus), including configuration, rules, pricing, and quoting. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and data model. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration (preferably in quote-to-cash or order management domains). Demonstrated ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. Salesforce and/or Conga certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Conga CPQ Specialists) Knowledge of middleware/integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and contract lifecycle management processes.

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with proven experience in Conga CPQ and Salesforce. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments are also required.
