Location: Moncton, NB Schedule: Rotation Type: Full time | In Office Role: Existing position Salary: $19 - $20/hr Benefits: Health & Dental and RRSP Program (Employer Matching) Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and driver support, including driver services, data entry, driver check-in, audits, and reception coverage Update and maintain customer portals with both packings slips and proof of deliveries (POD’s) Support the Administration team during vacations and absences to ensure service levels, objectives, and deadlines are met Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations What You Bring Minimum of High School or equivalency. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is required. Self-motivated with proven organizational skills. Good communication skills with both internal and external customers. Experience and knowledge of TruckMate is an asset. Transportation knowledge is considered an asset.
