What You'll Do Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social platforms. Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in each brand's unique voice. Adapt quickly between multiple brands, ensuring every post and interaction aligns with established brand guidelines and tone of voice. Comfortable managing multiple brands and shifting between different tones of voice. Ability to prioritize deadlines and work in a fast-paced agency environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience using Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms is an asset, but not required. Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus. You'd Be a Great Fit If You... Notice a typo before anyone else. Know the difference between creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Love engaging with online communities and building relationships. Stay up to date on trends, memes, creators, and platform changes. Can switch from writing for a luxury lifestyle brand to a retail promotion without missing a beat. Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of your work. What We Offer Hybrid work environment in Liberty Village. Opportunities to work with leading Canadian and global brands. A collaborative, creative team that loves great ideas. Professional development and opportunities for growth within the agency. Team events, social outings, and a fun agency culture.
