Job summary

Arobas personnel is looking for a Analytics Engineer for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal, Laval or Toronto. Remote : Hybrid* We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to help transform data into meaningful insights and scalable solutions that drive business decisions. This role is focused on enabling high-quality, accessible data for end users while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust data models to support analytics and reporting needs. Work closely with Technical Data Product Owners (TDPOs), Data Engineers, and Data Architects to deliver data-driven solutions. Build and optimize data assets within the Snowflake ecosystem. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for business users and analytics teams. Provide technical expertise in SQL development and data modeling best practices. Lead and mentor a small team, offering guidance and technical direction. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data engineering and analytics processes. Qualifications Proven experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data-focused roles. Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling. Hands-on experience with Snowflake. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to provide technical mentorship.
