Rail Replacement Coordinator 📍 Locations: North East England (station-based roles) 🕒 Contract Type: Zero-hours (flexible shifts) 💰 Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour About The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Rail Replacement Coordinators to join our expanding team at Arriva Road Transport Services. In this dynamic, frontline role, you’ll be based at key train stations, ensuring rail replacement services run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in supporting passengers, coordinating transport providers, and responding to real-time changes to keep services on track.
