Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Red Seal) Tenure: Full-Time Location: Rock View County, AB Pay Rate: $45/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Red Seal) to join our team in Rock View County, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment. Complete preventative maintenance repairs in a timely manner. Assist with ordering maintenance parts and supplies as needed. Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment (MHE), including electric pallet jacks, dock stockers, and reach trucks. Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings. Support all areas of the Maintenance Department as required. Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the facility. Perform refrigeration-related duties in accordance with local legislation, where applicable. Carry out additional maintenance tasks as assigned. Qualifications Red Seal Certification in an applicable trade. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience operating mobile equipment. Previous experience in a warehouse or retail distribution centre is an asset. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent bending, lifting, reaching, standing, and walking. Ability to participate in two-person lifts for items exceeding 50 lbs. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and around moving equipment. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and material handling machinery. Ensures safe and efficient operations by conducting daily inspections and maintaining facility sanitation standards.

Requires a Red Seal Certification in an applicable trade and a high school diploma. Candidates must have at least one year of industrial experience and the physical ability to perform demanding manual labor.
