Tenure: 2-week temporary assignment (ending August 21) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Perform general administrative and clerical duties Utilize Microsoft Office applications for day-to-day tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented
