Oversee branch operations, claims, restoration projects, staff, customer relationships, vendor engagements, and compliance with company and industry standards. Lead branch financial performance, monitor invoicing and accounts receivable, report results to senior management, and drive quality control and continuous improvement.

Organize and maintain project files and documentation, coordinate production needs and subcontractors, manage schedules, and liaise with project teams and clients. Prepare and process invoices and project documents, support accounts payable and receivable, and assist with meetings and other administrative tasks.

Lead national marketing strategy and execution, including brand management, digital marketing, content, regional programs, events, and business development enablement. Manage and develop the Marketing and Events teams, budgets, agencies, and partners while measuring performance and aligning initiatives with company growth priorities.
