Apply now Location Greater Noida On-site Type Full-time Reports to Founder / Head of Technology Experience 3–6 years Why this role Reliable infrastructure for a growing team. 01 Hands-on ownership of office IT operations 02 Set up the systems new hires depend on from day one 03 Keep meeting rooms, networks, and devices reliable 04 Comfortable in a startup where processes are still being built The work What you'll actually do 01 Device & laptop management Set up laptops and workstations for new employees, accounts, email, software, security Maintain inventory of company laptops, accessories, and IT assets Day-to-day laptop troubleshooting and coordination for repairs Handover, return, and reset of devices during onboarding and exit 02 Office IT operations Manage routine IT needs across the office Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and common equipment Ensure internet connectivity and local network availability Liaise with external vendors for hardware, repairs, and AMC coordination 03 Conference room & meeting setup Set up and maintain monitors, speakers, webcams, cables, and connectivity Keep meeting rooms ready for presentations, virtual calls, and team discussions Troubleshoot audio-video issues quickly to minimise disruption 04 IT security & access management Support password hygiene, device access control, antivirus, and update compliance Maintain secure access to systems, email, shared drives, and collaboration tools Track and escalate potential security risks and access issues Promote disciplined IT practices across the office 05 Microsoft & software administration Manage Microsoft account setup, user access, and license allocation Track renewals, usage, and assignment of software licenses Support users with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and productivity tools Maintain records of installations, licenses, and access permissions Ideal candidate You'll thrive here if this sounds like you Responsible, organised, and hands-on solving day-to-day IT issues Comfortable supporting employees across hardware, software, and connectivity Understanding of laptops, OS, printers, Wi-Fi, meeting room setups, user accounts Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration preferred Strong ownership, follow-through, and practical problem-solving Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills Apply Tell us about yourself Share a few details and your CV.
