Job summary

TERMINAL LABOURER Location: Ashcroft Employment Type: Full-time Ashcroft Terminal and the PSA Group are seeking a Terminal Labourer to join our growing team! As the only private logistics terminal in Canada with CPKC & CN mainlines onsite, ATL is strategically located to help shippers, manufacturers, and producers prepare their commodities for export or import. As a member of PSA International, Ashcroft Terminal is part of a global network of supply chain professionals! In the position of Terminal Labourer, the successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading containers along with other tasks within a warehouse environment. In this position, you will be responsible for: * Loading and unloading materials from containers into the warehouse, and vice versa. * Verifying item and quantity to ensure accuracy in storage and shipment placement. * Locating, picking and pulling shipments in an accurate and timely manner. * Repackaging or relocating shipments as required. * Scanning and doing an inventory of items. * Organizing the warehouse and terminal. * Performing general labour and cleaning tasks as required. * Ensuring accurate record keeping of tasks onsite. * Ensuring paperwork related to transloading or storage is complete and accurate. * Adhering to all company policies, processes, and procedures. * Other duties as required. For success in this role, you must have: * Grade 12 education or equivalent. * The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
