The Sales Associate is responsible for guiding guests in selecting home furnishings and meeting sales productivity goals. They manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and order entry to coordinating delivery timelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably over two years of experience in retail or commissioned sales. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds is required.
