What You’ll Love • Competitive salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus quarterly bonus eligibility • Benefits, educational assistance and employee discounts • Career growth and world-class training • A collaborative environment with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies As the Sales Manager, You Will • Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures • Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance • Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management • Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions • Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement • Review performance trends and implement action plans • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service • Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities • Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed • Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team What You Bring • 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality • Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets • Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions • Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered • Availability for days, evenings and weekends • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required #CA123
