In this role, you’ll lead operations within the Door Department during the afternoon shift and support our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Learn more about us here: https://www.assaabloy.com/group/en/about-us What would you do as our Production Supervisor?You’ll oversee production operations in the Door Department during the afternoon shift, leading teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals. You would also: Lead and support production teams to meet daily schedules and performance targets Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Train, coach, and develop employees while promoting teamwork and engagement Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs Support coverage for other supervisors when needed Special assignments as assigned The Skills and Experience You Need: Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field 4–6 years of manufacturing supervision or management experience Union environment experience preferred Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience Production scheduling and work planning experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills CNC and metal-forming experience considered an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Flexibility to work other shifts for coverage as required Compensation $88,000 - $95,000 depending on experience What we offer! Requirements

Candidates must have 4–6 years of manufacturing supervision experience and post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and experience with Lean manufacturing are required.
