Guiding the project team through the preparation of technical reports to support the project deliverables and ensure the project and client needs are met in an effective and timely manner. Preparing engineering fee estimates. Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project status internally and externally. Preparing proposals and participating in business development/marketing initiatives for the group. Applying Project Management principles to effectively motivate and guide project teams. Does this sound like you? An undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university; post-graduate degree in Engineering or Project Management is an asset. Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with APEGA. 8+ years’ progressive experience in buildings engineering and/or project management. Proven project management experience. Technical expertise in the design and construction of buildings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
