Project Manager, Alternate Delivery

Advancing projects through the concept, design, and construction phases; managing existing clients; and developing new clients. Delivering projects on budget and within identified schedules. Providing advice and support to other Project Managers on project delivery. Preparing proposals and undertaking business development and marketing initiatives. Acting as the primary contact for all project-related client communications. Participating in mentoring and coaching teams of engineers and technologists. Engaging in a collaborative work environment with your design teams as well as other disciplines and offices. Does this sound like you? Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or a certified technologist with ASET. Seven or more years of progressive experience. Assistant Project Management experience is a strong asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Committed team player with the ability to work independently. Highly motivated and interested in career advancement. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel within Canada. Lead all aspects of business development, project management, and delivery for infrastructure projects from concept through construction. Act as the primary client contact while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring projects are delivered on budget and schedule.

Requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a diploma in Engineering Technology with professional registration (APEGA or ASET). Candidates must have seven or more years of progressive experience and a valid driver's license for travel within Canada.
