Provide legal and professional support throughout the grievance process, including case management, hearings, arbitrations, and research, and assist the President, committees, and collective bargaining teams. Communicate with and support members, foster productive relationships with university administration and employee groups, and undertake strategic, legal, or policy initiatives.
