Job summary
Job Summary We are looking for a Senior EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, automate, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS platforms, including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, and SIMPL. The role focuses on platform reliability, identity integration, automation, DevOps, and collaboration with internal teams and SaaS vendors. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise SaaS platforms. Automate SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management. Implement authentication and identity integrations (OAuth, OIDC, SAML). Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and release processes. Support containerized environments using Kubernetes and Podman. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 8 weeks). Required Skills 7–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in .NET/C#. Strong experience with Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms. Hands-on experience with OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and L3 production support. Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including web proxies and load balancing. Nice to Have Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, or Grok. Kubernetes, Podman, and enterprise security/compliance experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
