Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist – Kroll Deployment In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmacy Store teams in Quebec as they transition to the new application. You will provide hands-on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each application user is fully operational on the new system. You will work closely with various teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful application launch at each location. MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Early career professionals, recent graduates, or individuals with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, IT support, training, or other customer-facing environments is considered an asset. • Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Candidates will be assessed on their proficiency, with particular emphasis on French. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Quebec (approximately 80% travel) to support implementation and training activities at client locations. • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Strong interest in training, coaching, and helping end users adopt new processes and technologies. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Requirements
