Senior IBM Cognos Developer – Cognos Analytics & Reporting We are seeking an experienced IBM Cognos Developer with strong expertise in Cognos Analytics, Report Studio, SQL, and data modeling to develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and frameworks using Report Studio/Cognos Analytics. Design and maintain data models, packages, and metadata layers for business reporting. Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure data services. Support production issues, enhancements, and release deployments. Participate in UAT, report validation, testing, and technical documentation. Essential Skills Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI. Expertise in Cognos Report Studio. Strong SQL skills. Experience with data modeling, metadata, and packages. Understanding of ETL concepts and enterprise data platforms. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or Azure data services. Strong troubleshooting, reporting validation, and stakeholder communication skills.
