Job summary
Role: Senior UI/UX Designer – Figma, Wireframing, Web, Mobile Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers| business analysts| and developers. Conduct user research| interviews| surveys| and usability testing. Create user personas| journey maps| process flows| wireframes| and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma| Adobe XD| or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback| analytics| and testing results Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards. Required SkillsStrong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles. Experience with design tools such as Figma| Sketch| Adobe XD| or InVision. Knowledge of wireframing| prototyping| information architecture| and interaction design. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices. Strong problem-solving| communication| and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred. Qualifications6+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience. Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
