ServiceNow ITAM Engineer Experience Required: 8-10 Years Location: Mississauga, ON, L5N 5P9 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days from office) Skill: Software Asset Management (ITAM) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the CMDB architecture while ensuring data quality, governance, compliance and overall CMDB health. Key Responsibilities CMDB Management • Design, implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture. • Ensure CMDB data quality, completeness and accuracy. • Define and maintain Configuration Item (CI) classes and relationships. • Monitor and improve CMDB Health metrics, including: • Completeness • Correctness • Compliance • Establish and maintain CMDB governance processes and standards. Required Skills • Strong experience in CMDB Management. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture design and administration. • Ability to maintain and improve CMDB data quality, completeness and accuracy. • Experience defining and managing Configuration Item (CI) classes and CI relationships. • Experience monitoring and improving CMDB health metrics: • Completeness • Correctness • Compliance • Knowledge of CMDB governance standards and best practices.
