The scholar will lead clinical study assignments and participate in a rotational program across various R&D functions to gain comprehensive drug development experience. Additionally, they will conduct an independent longitudinal research project to be presented to internal stakeholders and published in peer-reviewed journals. Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent degree, with preference given to those board-certified or eligible in Oncology or Haematology/Oncology. Applicants should possess 0-5 years of experience in molecular oncology or translational science along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
