The Opportunity We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide procurement and sourcing support to operational and project stakeholders. The successful candidate will coordinate purchasing activities, supplier engagement, contract administration, market research, reporting and project mobilization support while ensuring compliance with ATCO policies and standards. What You Will Do Provide procurement and sourcing support to stakeholders across corporate, operational, construction, and project locations. Engage suppliers and contractors to source goods and services that meet business, project, quality, cost and delivery requirements. Obtain and evaluate pricing, delivery of information, commercial terms, and supplier capabilities. Support the negotiation of favourable quality, cost, payment, and delivery terms. Coordinate the development and administration of supplier agreements and contracts in partnership with internal Supply Chain and business stakeholders. Review requests for goods and services with internal customers and provide timely procurement support. Conduct market research to understand supplier and contractor capabilities, pricing trends and sourcing options. Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to support timely mobilization and execution of new infrastructure and construction projects. Support spend analysis, key performance indicators, pricing reviews, strategic sourcing opportunities and RFX activities. Participate in supplier and contractor performance reviews and help identify service and process improvements. Assist internal stakeholders in resolving issues that include a supply chain or procurement component. Maintain accurate procurement records, system information, and reports. Ensure full compliance with ATCO procurement policies, general policies, standards and approval requirements. What You Bring Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing in a fast-paced, project-based, or operational environment. Experience supporting contract administration or contract management activities. A bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments. A self-motivated, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. Experience administering or working within a computerized maintenance management or enterprise system, such as ServiceMax, Oracle Cloud or Maximo. Assets Procurement or sourcing experience within construction, infrastructure, facilities management, defence or project delivery. Experience supporting suppliers and contractors through project mobilization. Experience working with operational teams across multiple or remote locations.
